U.S. case example

Hi everyone,

 

I worked up a U.S. case (judicial opinion) example for the group to discuss Wednesday, along with Catherine’s example and others that we’ve been working with.

You’ll notice that the U.S. has a history of identifying cases only at the manifestation level – they are identified by the reporter(s) where they are printed.
