LegalRuleML TC meeting - proposal June 29th, 7.30 UTC

Because several members asked me to post-pone the LegalRuleML TC regular
meeting at Friday June 29th, I am proposing this new schedule: June
29th, 7.30 UTC.

If I don't received any objections, I will move the schedule event in
Kavi to this date.
