Hi Jason - Just a quick response to your questions: 1. The CD 1.1 <table> is based on the table model in the DocBook XML 4.2 DTD. 2. The pros and cons of using a subset of the exchange table model has not been discussed, but comments or thoughts on the subject are welcome.
