Editorial comments on ECF 5.01 csd03.

Hi all,

In publishing the documents, I noted a couple of editorial items. These could be corrected either when publishing a Committee Specification (included as non-material changes [1]), or in a subsequent Committee Specification Draft.

- There is aÂbroken link for the non-normative reference [Statistical Reporting Guide]

-ÂÂ Figure 1 in Section 3.2.1 [2] seems to have two similar but different images. Maybe one of them should have been deleted?
