Subject: [JISP] Regional Information ConsortiumsSeveral jurisdictions have partnered with the District of Columbia's JUSTIS system for a 30 day pilot of regional information sharing. They include Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York City. The attached description will provide some idea of what we hope to accomplish. The reason for this note is to request contact information from any other regional justice information groups that have formed or are discussing formation.Following the pilot, we intend to conduct a rigorous requirements analysis. We would welcome the opportunity to have other cities, states and regional groups participate in this exercise. We expect to learn a great deal from other's accomplishments as we design an integrated solution for our current and future partners. Please use the email address below to contact me, or the information on the attached address card. I am much easier to reach via email than telephone.Thanx,Earl GillespieInformation Technology Liaison Officer
