Please find attached ABA Standard 1.65 - Court Use of Electronic Filing Processes, which was adopted by the ABA at the February midyear meeting in San Antonio. Many thanks to Judge Leslie Miller of the Pima County (Tucson) Arizona Superior Court, who provided the text and who presented the measure to the House of Delegates on behalf of the Judicial Division and its co-sponsors, the Science & Technology Section and the Litigation Section.

For those of you involved with electronic filing on behalf of a vendor, you may want to look closely at the statements favoring court electronic filing systems over vendor-operated electronic filing systems.
