cancellation of Dec.12 conf call

Our regularly scheduled conference call on December 12^th is cancelled in light of our face to face meeting the next day.  Conference calls are included in the agenda for the face to face meeting for 4:00 pm Pacific/7:00 pm Eastern on Wednesday, December 13^th and 3:00 pm Pacific/6:00 pm Eastern, Thursday, December 14^th.
