Subject: Resend: Child Support Related Elements Proposal for ECF 3.0

Hello,

I’m not sure if this message made it through to the list due to the size of two of the attachments, so if this reaches you as a repeat, please excuse the replicated message. Two of the items that were previously attached are linked to by URL below.

To follow up about the child support related elements for possible addition to an ECF 3.0 update, attached are a Excel spreadsheet with a listing of possible elements and copies of the IEPDs that were developed at the by a group lead by Terrie Bousquin at the National Center for State Courts for reference purposes.

The spreadsheet is a consolidated listing from both the support order and initial request for remedy.  The items listed are ones that did not directly overlap with ECF 3.0 from the NCSC IEPD and are useful for transmitting child support related information.  In compiling the attached spreadsheet from comparing the NCSC IEPD's with the ECF 3.0 IEPD, I noticed that Child Support related cases consolidate some of the information from ECF Juvenile, ECF Domestic, and ECF Civil case types.  The reason for noting this is that to try to come close to meeting the deadline for the December meeting the attached list is being submitted, but more work will need to be done to create a separate case type or incorporate these elements into an existing case type if the addition of child support elements is approved by the TC.
