Las Vegas minutes and timeline for ECF 3.1

I attach the draft minutes for the Las Vegas meeting.

Here is timeline for completion of the ECF 3.1 release.

January 8 – commencement of work of all small groups, including drafting small group
Postpone regular monthly conference call to January 16
January 16 – review of all work completed to date on TC conference call
January 23 – additional conference call to vet recommendations of subsidiary small groups and recommendations of drafting small group that are ready
January 29 – completion of work of all small groups and transmission to drafting small group
February 13 – vetting of all remaining recommendations on regularly scheduled TC conference call
February 19 – transmission of specification to editors
March 13 – vetting of edited specification and all artifacts on regularly scheduled TC conference call
March 19 – posting of specification and artifacts for approval as a committee draft on KAVI
March 30 – posting of ECF 3.1 on the OASIS website and transmission of message to JTC and CITOC
