Future of CM/ECF and PACER

ECF TC:

 

Does anyone have a contact at the US AOC that can speak to development plans for CM/ECF and/or PACER?   I have a state court client that needs this information ASAP.

 

On a related note, I believe there was some federal interest in ECF 3.0/4.0 at some point.  Has anyone heard anything recently about this?
