Subject: RE: [legalxml-courtfiling] OASIS Electronic Court Filing Monthly Conference Calls
Robin, Thanks for the reminder. I have updated my calendar with the new meeting time (I still had it at 1PM Eastern) and will plan to attend the meeting next week. We need to discuss releasing a maintenance fix version of ECF 4.0. There have been a number of issues--lack of attendance, mis-communication on time, and problems with the conference call provider. We currently have a conference call scheduled each month on the second Tuesday, at 12:00 noon Eastern Time. That's 11:00 a.m. Central, 10:00 a.m. Mountain, and 9:00 a.m. Pacific. Our next call is on March 9, 2010. My questions are simple: 1. Do we want to continue to pursue monthly calls? If not, would every two months be better, or is having it on your calendar every month preferable? 2. What can we do to improve attendance--I can provide donuts, but I'll be the only one eating them :-)) 3. I need some help here. . . what do you folks want to do? Please reply to this message, so I know what you all are thinking. There are 9 voting members besides myself, so I am looking for 9 replies!
