1.       IJIS Symposium ECF session scheduled for 1:15 Thursday, January 16

a.       Crystal Gateway Marriott

c.       The presenters will conduct a dry run of an abbreviated version of the presentation on the next ECF Initiative Team call on Thursday, January 9, 4:00 Eastern

2.       Certification Testing

a.       Georgia AOC onboarding work underway

b.      Initiative Team assistance, including development of a transformation adapter to enable staged migration

3.       LAST CHANCE to provide inputs to initiative work products

a.       Comment window extended through January 31 (after January ECF TC meeting)

b.      Service Conformance Package (soup-to-nuts cookbook for engineers)

4.       LAST CHANCE for Initiative Team participants to reserve a spot at the front of the conformance testing queue

a.       Start with discussion only (non-binding)

b.      The queue will be opened up to the public starting December 19

c.       Report from Open Networks team

                                                               i.      A participant doesn’t need any version of soapUI to participate in conformance testing

                                                             ii.      Acquiring a local copy of the free (open-source) is still recommended to perform local testing & debugging before engaging the Springboard Test Harness

                                                            iii.      All the Springboard ECF soapUI projects are available to participants who wish to bootstrap a soapUI implementation in their local test lab

                                                           iv.      The proprietary version could be useful for developing one’s own customized tests or reports

5.       Reminders from previous calls

a.       Revised soapUI ECF test harness project structure: 2 areas will be created within the soapUI test harness

                                                               i.      One structure for the 4 required transactions… must pass all tests (GREEN) to claim conformance to a particular MDE / Case Type pair)

1.       ReviewFiling

2.       RecordFiling

3.       NotifyDocketingComplete

4.       NotifyReviewFilingComplete

                                                             ii.      The other soapUI structure will be for the other 9 optional transaction and all other options within the ECF specification (MAY and SHALL)

1.       When a participant runs this test suite, it may fail some tests (RED) yet still be able to claim conformance against any passed tests (GREEN)
