ECF TC face-to-face meeting

The ECF TC is planning to hold a face-to-face meeting sometime during the NACM 2014 Annual Conference in Scottsdale, AZ.  The exact meeting date/time has not yet been determined, but it will likely be a full-day meeting on July 12, 14 or 17.
