Can I get your feedback on my proposed changes to the ECF 5 Error Codes list?  Are there other AZ codes that I did not include that you think should be in the specification?

Description
This is an attempt to update the list of error codes for ECF 5.0. This is
a mapping of the ECF 4.01 code list vs the codes in use in the Arizona
Courts. I propose to remove the ECF 4.01 codes that are struck out and add
the AZ codes in red. Please review and suggest any missing codes.
