Subject: Re: DriverLicenseCommercialClassCode in ECF v4.1
Gary is correct - DriverLicenseCommericalClassCode is a normative code list so
should be listed in 3.3.2 only. Since Section 2.4.4 lists non-normative codes, I believe we can vote to approve the deletion DriverLicenseCommericalClassCode
a non-normative change from 2.4.4, avoiding another round of public review.

I don’t think the OASIS email functions are working since this did not get delivered yesterday.
I seem to recall a recent OASIS Admin email on this.
At any rate, trying to send again, this time including you specifically.

In the current draft for ECF 4.1, the element DriverLicenseCommericalClassCode is listed in section 2.4.3 ‘Case-Type and Court Extensions’ and also in section 3.3.2 ‘Code Lists’.
This appears to be an error. Code lists in section 2.4.3 are court-specific and are not normative, whereas those listed in section 3.3.2 are normative.
