         Minutes, Teleconference of July 28 2006
  The OASIS Legal XML member Section e-contracts Technical Committee

Present:
Dr. Zoran Milosovic
Dave Marvit
Dr. Laurence Leff
Peter Meyer

Both candidates for the Technical Writer position sent their writing
samples to the Technical Committee.   Unfortunately, they were not both
distributed to all the members who should have received them.  Mr.
Meyer will send them out by electronic mail to the people actively
involved in making this decision.  Other members interested in
receiving them should ask Mr. Meyer.

The TC will have its next meeting Thursday August Third at 18:00
Eastern time.  Perhaps the decision regarding the choice of Technical
Writer might have been made by electronic mail by then.  Otherwise, the
TC will make the decision during the teleconference.  Then the TC will
proceed to work with the chosen Technical Writer to start preparing the
specification.
