This will be the meeting to launch the standard which was approved 
(see URL below).  It is intended that this
meeting will be held simultaneously with the formal press release or
media advisory and announcement by OASIS that the specification has been 
approved as a Technical Committee standard:

At this meeting, the Technical Committee will also decide on its future
and how it will proceed with the standard and possible future work including
efforts to make the specification an OASIS standard.

Mr. Greenwood will be arranging for the videoconferencing for the meeting
so participants can participate via webcam.
