Proposed Dates for eNotarization TC Conference Call

I'm looking for a convenient day within the next week for a TC conference call. 

I propose that we meet on Tues. 5/22/07 at noon (Eastern) by conference call. If this is not a convenient date and time please let me know. The next alternative would be Wed. 5/23/07 at noon (Eastern).

There are a number of items of old and new business to discuss including:

- proposal for engaging a consultant, proposed scope of consultant's services, and funding for same;

- restatement of eNotarization TC Charter; and

- plans for face-to-face meeting in July.
