Request to release ENML for Public Review

At Mark Ladd's request, I'm sending you an e-mail pointing
to the various documents necessary to release the ENML 1.0
DRAFT Specification for Public Review.  Here are the items
you need for the process:

1) Specification in editable format (ODF):
