Leaving OASIS

I'd like to formally inform the EKMI TC that I will be resigning as
Chair of the TC effective immediately.  As per OASIS rules, the
Secretary of the TC - Anil Saldhana - will conduct TC business until
a new Chair is installed.

I'd like to thank every supporter of the EKMI TC for their valuable
time, energy and contribution in bringing SKSML to an EKMI Committee
Specification and in spreading the EKMI vision through their own work
and conversations.

I'd also like to thank the members of the LegalXML eNotary TC for
providing me the opportunity to make significant contributions to
their work.  I appreciate their patience as they worked with me to
understand what initially appeared to be a contradiction to their
objectives, but which they now recognize as harmonizing different
cryptographic technologies in meeting their business goals.

I hope to continue staying engaged with you all on a personal level
and in supporting your work, where I can.
