Following up on today's Integrated Justice conference call, Tom Carlson let me know that his work on the NCSC and OASIS traffic citation has been published to the NCSC webboard.  They can be found at http://boards.ncsc.dni.us:81/~JISGP.  You will need to create an account. They  can be found under "Exchange Documents" then "Updated Citation Documents."
