Event Description:
The meeting will be held in the St Kitts Room at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas in conjunction with the E-Courts conference.

Agenda:
DRAFT

	Review the document development methodology and go over lessons learned.  
	The committee will also update the charter/review goals for 2005, focusing on updating the governance structure, identifying deliverables, and explaining the support of building a repository.  
	The committee will also vote on which OASIS intellectual property policy it will use.
	The conference call will be at 3 pm Pacific.
