MNDR Subcommittee needed?

Ellen and John (and others):

I'm about to upload an update to the MNDR section 6/7 document.

Before I do...  do we want to continue working on the MNDR document through the MNDR subcommittee, or do we want to
start using the full TC list and KAVI document area?

As long as this is the principal work of the TC, I
don't see that it makes much difference.  On the other hand, it might be nice to reserve the subcommittee KAVI area
for works-in-progress, and reserve the TC area for subcommittee drafts of which we expect full TC review.

Thoughts?
