following the fed-xml-ndr effort … In view of our own effort to write a
Naming and Design Rules (NDR) document, I thought it worthwhile to share some
context regarding the Federal XML (NDR) effort.
Attached is a position paper recently
presented by (https://fed-xml-ndr.core.gov/servlets/SummarizeList?listName=listserv) Note that many of the IC positions (though
not all) are consistent with GJXDM principles.
