An updated draft version of the GJXDM NDR v0.4 has been posted to the GJXDM NDR document folder; the change log is below.  As with v0.2, please route your comments (structured according to the GJXDM MNDR Feedback Rules) directly to me for routing through the XSTF; I'd appreciate it if you could get your comments to me by 9/6, so that I can consolidate everything for the 9/8 submission deadline.

Please note that this is still an early "work in progress" where a lot of work is continuing to write additional rules, explanations, and examples.
