Legal Expression Language Patent Application

The attached came up as an item for
discussion in the LegalXML-eContracts TC, but the language of the claims
in the patent application includes language that is broader than just a
contracts management application.  We need to consider the impact
of the patent on efforts to create a schema designed to address legal requirements.
