Informix Joins OASIS

Major Database Vendor Becomes Sponsor Member of XML Consortium

Boston, MA, October 18, 1999(OASIS, the Organization for the Advancement 
of Structured Information Standards, welcomed database-powered solutions 
provider, Informix( Corporation, as the newest Sponsor member of the 
international XML consortium. Informix will contribute to the technical 
work of OASIS, which focuses on advancing XML interoperability.
