OASIS Board of Directors Election Results

Dear OASIS Members:

I am delighted to inform you that the following individuals have been
elected to serve on the
OASIS Board of Directors:

Patrick J. Gannon, Netfish Technologies, Inc.
Amy Krane, Enigma, Inc.
Una Kearns, Documentum, Inc.
Norbert Mikula, DataChannel


Their term begins on 1 July 2000 and will expire on 30 June 2002.

Their first official duty is to attend the next Board meeting, scheduled for
20-21 July in Burlington, MA.  This meeting will bring together members of
the existing and new Board for the purpose of ensuring a smooth transition.


Please join me in welcoming our new Directors.  I'm very much look forward
to working with them.
