OASIS News from Scott--Using OASIS to Increase your Organization's Visibility

Greetings OASIS People,

OASIS can help your organization stay visible in the OASIS
community and the world.  Are you using the benefits of our
consortium to your best advantage?

All too often, someone asks how to take advantage of our Announce
mail list to share their product releases and news releases with
the OASIS community.  It really is quite easy.  Once you are
subscribed to the list, you can mail your announcement directly
to the list at announce@lists.oasis-open.org   If your message is
in plain text or HTML and pertains to the work of OASIS and its
members, then your mail is distributed to hundreds and hundreds
of interested readers.  Do you want to subscribe to the list so
you can keep up on industry news or so you can post some news
yourself?  Send me your contact info, I will subscribe you to the
list.  See, it is easy.

 All current Organizational Members are listed on our website,
with their names linking back to their website.  This list is an
important feature to many of our site visitors who have complete
access to this directory of industry leaders.  Stay tuned as we
convert this list to a buyers guide to drive more business to
your door.

Sponsor level Organizational Members have special opportunities
available to them.  Our website homepage features their logos in
a random fashion and our exhibit at technical expos displays
their logos.  Contact me for more information about taking
advantage of this extraordinary benefit.  Naturally, all our news
releases feature the names of all Sponsor level Organizational
Members.

We have started a new benefit on a test basis.  In conjunction
with our exhibits at the various expositions at which we display,
we can distribute a your product literature or news items at our
booth.  We have limited capabilities and will give preference to
members speaking at the event.  Contact me if you are interesting
