[OASIS members] define templates for OASIS TCs

OASIS members:

This is an unofficial call for participation for an effort to define
templates and other tools to help OASIS TCs do their work. As the number
of OASIS TCs increases it is becoming more obvious that we need
standards for the documents that our TCs produce.

As the OASIS TC Process does not allow OASIS itself to create a new TC
(proposals must come from OASIS members) I would like to recruit a few
people to form a TC to work on the following topics.

- A standardized document format and template, including DTD/schema and
stylesheets, for TC specifications and other documents

- A standardized document naming and versioning scheme

- Recommendations of best practices

- Recommendation of tools or processes for authoring, document
versioning, and issue/bug tracking.

- Recommendations to OASIS of functionality that could be provided to
TCs, e.g. tools, platforms, development environments, etc.

Any OASIS member who is interested in working on these topics should
respond to me. I will work with whoever is interested to define a
charter and create a proposal so that a TC can be started according to
the OASIS TC Process.
