The program will provide an overview of the Web services security work currently being accomplished at W3C, OASIS, and other standards groups. http://www.xmlconference.com/boston/key.asp --------------------------------------------------------- UDDI.org Transitions Work to OASIS On July 30, UDDI.org and OASIS announced that OASIS will serve as the steward for UDDI, the Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration (UDDI) project that provides one of the building blocks for Web services. UDDI version 3 was also announced, which will be the basis for future development under OASIS. http://www.uddi.org/news/uddi_news_07_30_02.html --------------------------------------------------------- NACS Brings Convenience Stores to OASIS UBL Liaisons NACS, an international trade association representing the convenience store and petroleum marketing industry, has become the latest industry group to appoint a representative to the OASIS UBL TC.
