[OASIS members] Reminder: SAML and CPPA specs out for review

This is a reminder that the SAML and ebXML CPPA Committee
Specifications are currently out for a 90 day review by OASIS members.
The review period ends on 30 September, and voting to approve these as
OASIS Standards will take place during the month of October.
