OASIS Members,

 

By your vote  (125 in favor, 5 opposed)  you recently approved the Bylaw revision which provides for an expansion of the Board of Directors.

 

The ballot to select three new candidates is now open for voting by all sponsor and contributor members.  In order to seat the new members as quickly as possible, the ballot will close on 27 October.  Therefore, your timely response is necessary.

Please review the candidates and share your input to your OASIS Voting Representative, who is responsible to cast your organization's vote.  (You may find your Voting Rep at http://www.oasis-open.org/kmembers/person/roster/)If your Voting Rep will not be able to vote during this voting period, you may submit a proxy ballot by sending your vote to nominations@oasis-open.org
