Revised OASIS TC Process and IPR Policy effective today

OASIS members:

     The OASIS Board of Directors recently approved a revision to the OASIS 
Technical Committee Process rules, which is effective today, 15 April 2005. 
The updated TC Process, together with a revision history, may be found 
at  [1].  The draft was based on the October 2004 member review draft 
previously circulated, and the comments received from OASIS members.  Any 
TC action that was initiated on or before 14 April will complete that 
action according to the prior rules, at [2].  Any action initiated on or 
after 15 April will be governed by the current version.

     As previously announced at [3], today also is the effective date for 
the latest revisions to the OASIS IPR Policy, which may be found at [4].
