Dear OASIS members,

This message is to inform you that Patrick Gannon recently
resigned as President and CEO of OASIS, with an effective date of
6 February. The OASIS Board of Directors and Staff would like to
express their heartfelt appreciation to Patrick for his dedication
to the consortium over the past six years. On behalf of the entire
membership, we wish Patrick much success in his future endeavors.

As Chairman of the Board, and in accordance with the OASIS Bylaws[1],
I will serve as interim President for the Consortium until a
permanent replacement is selected. A Board search committee is in
charge of identifying candidates and processing applications.
