A member of the Board of Directors has announced their pending retirement and resignation from the OASIS Board - effective 30 July.
The bylaws require a Special Election be initiated and completed within 2 months of the effective date. Because this time-line conflicts with many members' summer holiday plans, we are providing this early notice and the following schedule for nominations and balloting.
Nominations will be open 1 August - 6 September. The ballot will be open for voting 7 - 28 September.
The candidate receiving the most votes will win the election and hold the vacated seat until July 2019. That candidate will be seated at the Board face-to-face meeting in October.
