* Review of any comments received during call for comment 

2 comments received: Robin suggestion to add additional reference to section 2(a) Similar or Applicable Work and Jacques suggestion for adding a reference to test assertions to the charter. 

* Identify any action items coming out of the call for comment

Agreement to add the reference to ODCA Usage Model: Platform as a Service (PaaS) Interoperability to section 2(a). 

Discussion of Jacques' comment. Jeff proposes adding a general statement on facilities to support testing. Jacques agrees. Jeff asks if any concerns from other on the call. No objections. 

Next steps: 

- Jeff to send a comment resolution note to the oasis-charter-discuss@ mailing list listing the comments received and their resolution. 

- Charter to be updated as per above and to add additional co-proposers to the list. 

- Final charter to be submitted to TC Administration by Friday, 9/21 so that call for participation can go out promptly. 

* Review of remaining schedule

Chet recapped the schedule from here: 

- Jeff reminds co-proposers not yet on the charter to have their primary representatives statements of support to him by Thursday, 9/20 so that they can be incorporated into the final charter. 

- submission of final charter, by 9/21 

- call for participation to OASIS membership and public by 9/22.  
  - Chet indicated that the TC's website will be set up by that time 

- proposers go to website and join the TC

- email reminder to join by TC by 7th day before first meeting by 9/18

- email call for nominations for Chair / Secretary by 9/15
 
- email list of those eligible to vote at first meeting 9/17 

- first meeting on 9/23 

* discuss options for recruiting & marketing 

- Carol covered activities that OASIS will take to promote the TC including timing press release after the first meeting 

* schedule a F2F 

- Jeff asked for informal feedback on a possible F2F early Nov 6-8 to be hosted by Oracle. Final decision can't be made until the TC's inaugural meeting. 

Note that it will occur in tandem with Cloud Expo in the Bay Area, which would be good for people who'll be traveling there anyway. 

Question about duration. Jeff expects 2-3 days 

Suggestion to make it Wed - Fri. Jeff - can be decided at the first meeting.
