New protocol bindings and encodings proof of concept implementation

Hi,

a proof of concept implementation of new protocol bindings and encodings 
is now published as open source at:

https://code.google.com/p/iotsys/

It includes a basic OSGI based oBIX server that provides HTTP and CoAP 
REST interfaces and a SOAP interface for message exchange. For the REST 
interfaces it is possible to use XML, JSON, EXI, schema informed EXI and 
oBIX binary as encoding.

Furthermore, it includes connectors for KNX, BACnet and Wireless 
Metering Bus and a project specific mapping to oBIX contracts.

This is a first version which does not implement all oBIX features but 
documentation and functionality will be continuously enhanced.
