        Here is a new wd of the 1.1 spec.

I apologize for getting the name wrong, I forgot to remove the "-tracked" suffix from the first one, hopefully the optional name will override it for the main doc.

After a lot of thought about exactly what to put in, I opted not to move the 6.x sections up into 3.x, because I think it just requires too many of the Section 4 concepts to understand.  Plus, Section 3 is a more high-level discussion, whereas the 6.x example is a more technical explanation.  We can discuss in tomorrow's meeting if there is time.
