I don’t think we need an updated diagram for the next WD We have agreed (per my notes) that we are not going to build a table of contents into the UML, the improved layout for section 4 handles that. Updating the UML before the schema changes arrive (or a PR) is just make-work. I understand we are getting schema comments this morning. They will certainly generate conversation. There is a tension between Good Practice (as understood in 2013), Simplicity, and Backwards Compatibility which will certainly lead to lively discussion. If you can come up with the improved lobby and/or the rest of the comment back-log, we would like to see it. The one impediment is that we know that the Watch is being “perfected” in Web Sockets. That will come back into the core, in some form, in the narrative. It may result in a Schema change or two, as well. That may in turn modify the UML. Will we need some schema for the Lobby elements?
