Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (ODATA-113) Remove legacy service operations from URL conventions and ABNF

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/ODATA-113?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=31280#action_31280 ]

Michael Pizzo commented on ODATA-113:
-------------------------------------

One remaining issue:

In section 4.1, Addressing Entities. The fourth bullet was for invoking a service operation. "service operation" was replaced with "function", but we already have an example for a function that returns a collection of entities (the second bullet). Also, the 4th bullet still references entityColServiceOpCall. This bullet (including the example) should simply be deleted.

> V2-style service operations have been replaced with functions and actions in V3, but kept in for compatibility. With V4 they have already been removed from the Core and CSDL specs.
