Subject: RE: [odata] Ralf Handl has shared a folder with you

Hi Stefan,

I don't want to be "dragged" into this discussion if I can help it (I have a meeting starting soon), but I think the key words are " The official copies of all resources". For resources that have no official standing whatsoever to the TC, I would assume you could use any device or cloud storage you want, but I defer to Chet for official interpretation of the rules as you intend to apply this shared folder. That said; if you are sharing the folder with the entire TC and there is any sort of communal editing or discussion, it does seem to have some quasi-official significance to the TC in practical terms (reality on the ground), at least.

Going to another meeting now.

Thanks,
Paul

Hi Paul,

I am not a lawyer but see absolutely no impact of 2.8 TC Visibility on our procedure. We simply cannot force the editors and tc internal reviewers to sit around a single computer. So this is in my understanding just a decentralized editor interlan storage which nearly neer is on oasis systems.

All output reviewions of such reviews wil for sure be stored as usual in kavi and/or SVN of oasis.

All the best,
Stefan.
