Section [11.7.7.1ÂMultipart Batch Request Body|https://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata/v4.01/odata-v4.01-part1-protocol.html#sec_MultipartBatchRequestBody] gives three examples for request URL formats that implementations must support:

Unfortunately all three examples use the {{GET}} method, which can mislead readers to assume that {{GET}} requests are allowed within a change set, which is not the case according to the preceding section [11.7.2ÂRequest Dependencies|https://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata/v4.01/odata-v4.01-part1-protocol.html#sec_RequestDependencies].
