SPECIAL NOTES:
In this updated template, note some significant changes:
- Section 1.1 "Terminology" in the earlier templates is no longer needed, since it is part of the front page material.
- The References are now placed into Appendix A. Also note that references to OASIS documents should be updated to use https instead of http.
- The Notices section is now in the final Appendix.

When the TC votes [2] to approve a working draft as a Committee Specification Draft, the Chair or other designated person must submit a publication request online, accessible on the Project Administration Requests Page [3].
Upon receipt of this request form, the Project Administrator will review and process the Work Product for official publication in the OASIS Library (
https://docs.oasis-open.org/), including addition of the requisite cover page metadata and other boilerplate information.
