·         "make use of" is a long-winded way of saying "use".

·         “the” is not needed if the noun is not modified.

 

Can simplify:

o   Original: With the use of groupby the $select is not needed, because groupby removes all other properties.

o   Simpler: With groupby,  $select is not needed because groupby removes all other properties.
