RE: Agenda for OData TC meeting on 2023-07-05

Regarding topic #5, I would like to merge https://github.com/oasis-tcs/odata-specs/pull/23 into the OData-Data-Aggregation-Ext document before starting the public review.

(Alternatively, we could treat the change contained in that pull request as a first comment from the public and merge it during the review process. But that seems more complicated.)
