Starter Documents for Four OData specifications

Per the submission requests [1], please find the attached starter document packages (ZIP) for:

- Odata Version 4.02, consisting of:
-- OData Version 4.02. Part 1: Protocol
-- OData Version 4.02. Part 2: URL Conventions

- OData Common Schema Definition Language (CSDL) JSON Representation Version 4.02
- OData Common Schema Definition Language (CSDL) XML Representation Version 4.02
- OData JSON Format Version 4.02

Each starter document package (.zip) contains the following files and directories:
-- a markdown file (.md) ... this is the main template or starter document, customized with titles and other elements for this Work Product
-- a directory "styles" containing an HTML style sheet (.css)
-- a directory "images" containing an example image file

When the TC first votes [2] to publish these Work Products in the OASIS Library, we expect them to be published at:

When the TC votes [2] to approve a working draft as a Project Specification Draft, the Chair or other designated person must submit a request online, accessible on the Project Administration Requests Page [3].

Upon receipt of this request form, the Project Administrator will review and process the Work Product for official publication in the OASIS Library (https://docs.oasis-open.org/), including addition of the requisite cover page metadata and other boilerplate information.
