The URL function [{{concat}}|https://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata/v4.01/os/part2-url-conventions/odata-v4.01-os-part2-url-conventions.html#sec_concat] is currently defined with exactly two arguments.

However all its example uses as a client-side function in annotations in the CSDL specs use three or more arguments, which is quite natural.
