WhitePaper Template

Hi folks,

 

  OASIS had a template created a while back for whitepapers. It's done in MS Word and available here:

  Would someone be willing to create an ODF version that we could post to the template site?

 

  Also, can some recommend good links for help with template creation in ODF?
