wiki page for odf projects

Hi,


since evaluating OSS projects is on the action list, I've added a new 
wiki page to keep track of the various tools, libraries etc: 
http://wiki.oasis-open.org/odf-adoption/OdfProjects

Maybe we could start with the software that's already listed on 
Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenDocument_software) ?
